Run by McGill University in Montreal, the international Cundill History Prize rewards the best history writing in English. Chosen by an eminent jury of world-leading historians, the shortlist to be revealed at Festival America will represent the finest history books of the year. Please join Antonia Maioni, Dean of Arts at McGill University, Mark Gilbert, Chair of the Jury, and the juror Peter Frankopan, author of ‘The Silk Roads: A New History of the World’, to celebrate works of outstanding historical scholarship that are also fantastic reads.
